Interview Preparation: Evaluate your skill-sets, strengths, and expectations. This is a time for the candidates and our Recruiting Consultants to partner for the best possible outcome for our candidates.

Candidate and Client Engagement: After a potential career opportunity has been identified, we will submit your resume to be reviewed by our client and HSS will prepare you for the next steps in the process.
