James “JT” Thompson, was promoted to President in September 2017. Prior to becoming President, JT was Chief Operating Officer of HealthCare Support (HSS) since April 2013. JT began his staffing career in 1999 as a recruiter for one of largest staffing firms in the world. He held positions of increased responsibilities, including serving as an account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In the position of DBO, JT ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation.

JT’s experience in staffing covers healthcare, light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning for business development and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year. Since starting with HSS, the company’s revenue has nearly doubled going from 38 million to 69 million. Under his leadership HSS has also earned some of the industry’s most coveted accolades which include:

JT is a native Floridian and has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at the University of Central Florida. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.

Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Chris Abel

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. A CPA for over 20 years, Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, services and education industries.

Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, and reading.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started in the staffing industry in 1994 and has held various recruiting, sales, and executive leadership roles. Tom was a founding partner in a technology staffing firm from 1996-2009 and also has significant past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. His primary responsibility in his leadership role with HSS is to mentor the sales and recruiting teams and be of service to our healthcare client partners.

Originally from California, Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Mohler

Josh Mohler joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018, as a Director of Operations. He has 15+ years of Human Capital Management/Staffing experience within a variety of industries and verticals. Throughout his career, Josh has partnered with incredible clients and counterparts, and has a true passion for building lasting partnerships and relationships.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Josh is a proud native Texan, however, now calls Central Florida home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Texas State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family (amazing wife and two children). Some of his hobbies include: golf, boating and going to the beach, and traveling.

Wes Gawriluk

Wes Gawriluk joined HealthCare Support in February of 2019, as a Director of Perm Operations. He brings 8+ years of staffing experience supporting Fortune 500 Private Sector, Federal, State and Local Government Public Sectors. Through his career, Wes lead the coaching and mentoring of internal sales and delivery teams to achieve their professional goals. These experiences taught him the value of a cohesive team and what is possible with a well-defined vision. He is passionate about finding solutions to his customers challenges and leading internal teams through the building of strong, personal relationships.

Wes is a Florida native, son of two high school educators, a younger brother to Kristopher, an uncle to his nephew Kannon and husband to his beautiful wife, Morgan. He graduated from The Florida State University with a degree from the College of Business. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his family, to travel, explore new restaurants and wines, watch FSU football and play with his Doberman, Snoop.

Philip Wong

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

April Freeman

April Freeman joined HealthCare Support on August 12, 2019 as our Director of Corporate Compliance. Prior to joining the company April worked within the human resources function in the hospitality industry namely hotels, resorts, spas and casinos in LA, South Beach, Las Vegas and Orlando for over 17 years. During her time in the hotel industry April gained a robust background holding various titles including temporary administrative assistant, employment specialist, recruiter, employee relations specialist, onboarding specialist, senior generalist/HR specialist, corporate recruitment manager and most recently assistant director of human resources.

April’s mission is to work cohesively with all team members in the HSS family and make the compliance department more impactful. Anyone who knows April would say that she is genuine, humble, transparent, has the ability to make others feel comfortable and is silly.

April is originally from Long Island, NY. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. In her free time, she likes to travel, spend time with her family, friends and her rescue Poodle, Duncan and Daschund, Baxter. One of the things on her bucket list is to visit as many vineyards as she can around the world.

Irene Montanaro joined HealthCare Support in December 2011 as a Recruiting Consultant and transitioned into the marketing field as the Marketing Coordinator in September 2014. Currently Irene holds the position of Manager of Marketing & Corporate Events. In this role she assists the agency’s Business Development Team in all functions of marketing, public relations and events. Her efforts support the company’s mission to provide the highest quality candidates to the very best companies within the healthcare industry.

Irene comes from Greek roots and was born in London, England. She moved to Clearwater, Florida When she was 4 years old and considers herself a native Floridian. Irene completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Central Florida in 2010. her and her husband have two boys, Vincenzo and Giovanni. When she is not busy entertaining, Irene enjoys traveling and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Adriana Argenzio joined the HealthCare Support team in September 2019 as a Recruiting Consultant. As a graduate from Florida Atlantic University, Adriana majored in Health Administration. Prior to working at HealthCare Support, she spent much of her professional career in the healthcare field as a Financial Counselor and a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. Adriana’s mission is to use her healthcare knowledge to succeed in her current role as a healthcare recruiter. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, going to the beach and spending time with her family!

Alena Gordover

Alena Gordover joined HealthCare Support in October 2018 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her previous roles included time spent in mental health admissions, recruiting, and small business sales. Originally from Palm Coast, FL, Alena has spent some time in NYC as well as Miami before happily moving to Orlando this year. She is looking forward to diving back into recruiting and growing with the team at HSS.

A graduate of the University of Florida, where she majored in Russian, she knows nothing about sports but will pretend to be a good Gator when absolutely necessary. In her spare time, she enjoys spin class, hiking, board games and is very enthusiastic about food.

Alex Garcia

Alexandra (Alex) Garcia joined HealthCare Support in March 2017 as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in December 2017. Alex continue to excel in her role assisting with several clients and building client portfolios of her own. She was rewarded with a promotion to Key Account Manager in April 2019. Prior to working for HSS, Alexandra gained professional experience while working in Retail Management for numerous years as well as later changing routes and joining political campaigns.

Originally from Colombia, she has been a Florida resident since 2001. Alex is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida and has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in International and Global Studies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active.

Prior to joining HSS, Aly worked in retail management. She is originally from Chicago, IL and moved to the Orlando area in 2013. Aly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Rollins College in 2017. Aly enjoys running, spending time with friends, and watching reality TV in her free time. She looks forward to many professional opportunities at HSS and can’t wait to grow with the team!

Amanda Hammer

Amanda Hammer joined the HealthCare Support family in October, 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her passion to help others succeed has been a BIG motivator. Because of her hard work and positive impact on HSS, Amanda received a promotion to Key Account Manager. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Amanda graduated from Peace College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and uses her passion for helping people to excel in the Staffing world. Her professional strengths include the following: high-level communication skills, the ability to exceed production goals, and leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Amanda is excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company like HSS! Andres Corredor

Andres Corredor joined the HealthCare Support team in late 2019 as a Recruiting Consultant. His professional background includes being an Account Manager at a retractable awning and outdoor patio fixtures manufacturer. The sales tactics, account management and new client development skills he acquired while working there are pivotal transferable skills he uses as leverage in his role as a Recruiting Consultant. Andres aspires to be in the top percentile of placements in our permanent placement division and eventually be placed in a leadership role where he will have the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with a team of his own.

Three words that would best describe Andres would be disciplined, inquisitive and motivated.

Andres was born in Chicago, IL but spent the majority of his life in Orlando, Florida. He attended Colonial High School where he developed a love for Economics. Upon graduation, he attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where he completed a dual major in Economics and Public Health. Andres enjoys playing soccer and going on long distance runs. Andres is also a passionate homebrewer and experiments with and creates flavorful craft beer recipes and enjoys sharing those recipes with friends and family members.

Andy, is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Anthony Seay

Anthony Seay joined HealthCare Support as a Sourcing Specialist in the summer of 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Consultant in the fall. He has professional experience in client communications and sales and is empathetic and enthusiastic when it comes to helping and working with others. Anthony comes from a small city which is about an hour away from Orlando, Florida where he graduated from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining HSS, she worked in health information for a hospital in Colorado. Her goal is to increase her professional knowledge in the healthcare field while being a valuable part of the HSS team.

April is a native Floridian and is excited to be back in the Sunshine State. She enjoys spending her free time with loved ones and exploring the outdoors with her dogs, Duke and Brody.

Ashley DeSalvo joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in July of 2016. Since then, Ashley has moved into the roles of Client Relationship Coordinator, Key Account Manager, and was most recently promoted to National Account Manager supporting our Permanent Placement division. Ashley thrives on building strong relationships and being a true client partner.

Brandon Siegel

Born and raised in Orlando, Brandon Siegel attended Rollins College where he pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship. Brandon volunteered/interned in the environmental space during college and volleyed that experience into a variety of roles in the solar energy space following graduation. His time there was spent segmented into various sales, operations, and management roles. After several years, he developed the desire for something new, and joined the HealthCare Support team in November 2019 as a Recruiting Consultant. Both roles involve helping people to better themselves and their situations, making it an easy transition.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing guitar and other instruments, taking his puppy to the park to play, and outdoor activities such as disc golf and hiking. Staying active and healthy is a big part of his life, but you’ll never find him too far from the hottest new Netflix show. Brandon loves a good scary movie and can laugh out loud at a funny comedy. Podcasts occupy much of his time outside of work, but he enjoys a good book as well.

Brianna McElvaney joined the HSS team in October of 2017 as a Recruiting Consultant. Prior to working at HealthCare Support, Brianna spent six years as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at The Capital Grille in Orlando, Florida where she partnered with the Sales Manager to build business and network relationships with local, national, and international clients.

Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Brianna relocated to Orlando, Florida where she graduated from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders and a Minor in American Sign Language. In her free time, Brianna enjoys days on the boat or on the beach with family and friends, staying active outside with her American Bulldog, Tyson, and traveling. She is looking forward to growing both personally and professionally at HSS!

Brice Givens

Brice Givens joined HealthCare Support in November of 2019 as a Candidate Engagement Specialist. In 2018, shortly after graduating from Butler University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Brice moved to Orlando from her hometown of Carmel, Indiana. Brice began her career as a volunteer in conservation education at the Indianapolis Zoo in 2008. Since then, she has worked in animal care with marine wildlife, and worked as a Professional Intern at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in conservation education. She has worked various positions within The Walt Disney Company, including merchandise, attractions, education, park event operations, as well as in management at the Indianapolis Disney Store.

While she enjoys learning about wildlife and inspiring conservation action in others, with Disney she found that her true passion lies in helping and bringing joy to others. Brice joined the team at HealthCare Support in the hope that she will be able to have a positive impact on both the clients and candidates, and to help others in their search for their own passions.

In her spare time, Brice enjoys trying new restaurants and playing in the Disney parks with friends, as well as going on walks with her dog.

Chandler Swain joined HealthCare Support in July as a Client Relationship Coordinator. Chandler was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and relocated to Florida in June of 2017. Before working at HSS, Chandler worked in retail at Kendra Scott. In her free time, Chandler loves running half marathons all over the country, hiking, listening to podcasts, and reading a good book!

Chelsea Aubry joined HealthCare Support in October 2019. She came to us from Walt Disney World Resort, where she was an Entertainment Coordinator and trainer at Magic Kingdom. Originally from Boston, she moved down to Port St. Lucie, FL at 7 years old. After graduating high school, Chelsea moved up to Orlando, FL to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at UCF. After graduating in 2018, Chelsea started working full time at Disney where she was able to work in a fast pace environment, and become a strong, flexible, team player. Some of her professional goals are to always work hard, strive to be the best and be there for her team.

Outside of work Chelsea enjoys trying new restaurants and new offerings around Orlando. She also loves theme parks, sports (mostly Boston/ New England teams), taking classes at Orange Theory Fitness, spending time with family in South Florida and traveling.

Chelsea McLintock joined HealthCare Support in September 2019 starting as a Sourcing Specialist. She has some recruiting background as well as staffing in the healthcare field. Her main goal is to successfully transition into a recruiting role and grow and succeed within the company. Three words that mostly sum up Chelsea would be energetic, loyal, and caring. She was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida where she also attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a Bachelors in Humanities. Most of her free time is spent with her family and mainly her 5-year-old niece who keeps her on her toes. She recently has been taking some improv classes just for fun with a local theatre group…. watch out SNL!

Chris Ferone joined HealthCare Support in Augst 2017 as a Recruiting Consultant. His previous roles include working as a Graphic Design Artist and a Quality Assurance Manager at Orlando Clinical Research Center. Chris’ goal is to excel in recruiting and continue his professional growth.

Chris was born in South Florida, but moved to Orlando in 1995. He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a BA in English. His biggest passion (and frustration, ha!) is golf. His other interests include: Running, hiking, and his 5-year-old Lab/Boxer/Collie mix, Tally.

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of National Accounts. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Deidre Garner originally joined HealthCare Support in October 2018 as a Recruiter but transitioned into the Compliance Department shortly after. As of March 2019 she holds the Compliance Coordinator position and assists in overseeing compliance standards are met for our clients.

Deidre calls Fayetteville, Arkansas home and has a background in marketing, leasing, and restaurant hospitality. Being an alumni from the University of Arkansas, she can be found calling the Hogs on Saturdays (no matter what Arkansas’ football record is) and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys on Sundays. Though her weekends are quite dedicated to watching football, Deidre also enjoys cooking, going to the beach, crafting and spending quality time with her boyfriend and crazy cat.

James “JT” Thompson, was promoted to President in September 2017. Prior to becoming President, JT was Chief Operating Officer of HealthCare Support (HSS) since April 2013. JT began his staffing career in 1999 as a recruiter for one of largest staffing firms in the world. He held positions of increased responsibilities, including serving as an account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In the position of DBO, JT ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation.

JT’s experience in staffing covers healthcare, light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning for business development and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year. Since starting with HSS, the company’s revenue has nearly doubled going from 38 million to 69 million. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jennifer has a degree in International and Global Studies from the University of Central Florida which had an emphasis on political science, diplomacy and history. In her free time she studies meteorology to fulfill her passion of climate/environmental science and hangs out with her dog Cooper, a rough collie (like Lassie, but not as clever). She loves sports, particularly baseball and football – she has season tickets for UCF football and watches the Tampa Bay Rays every night during baseball season. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. Previous to HSS, Laura started out working with The Fresh Market in Clearwater, Florida, as a cashier and worked her way up to the position of Store Manager, overseeing 80 to 100 employees. In her fourteen years there, she also recruited for new stores in addition to opening two brand new stores for the company.

Laura Skladany joined the HealthCare Support team February 4, 2013. She was hired into the company as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the South East Division and was promoted to Key Account Manager of Centene in January 2015 and Executive Development Manager in March of 2017. After relocating from St. Louis to Orlando in the beginning of 2017, Leah decided it was time to move from the world of hospitality staffing into healthcare by making a home with HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2012 with a degree in English and then stayed at SIUE to teach English Composition 101 & 102 from 2012-2014. From there, Leah’s ability to thrive while managing multiple projects as well as her service-oriented work ethic allowed for an easy transition into the staffing world, where Leah has dedicated herself to providing the utmost customer service—going above and beyond for her clients and employees alike.

She is a recent graduate from the University of West Florida with a BA focused in Communication and Marketing. She has worked numerous jobs, however, her most recent position was as a Guest Services Associate for the European Wax Center. Previous to that Paige worked multiple internships, including event planning for Weddings by Lydia, as well as a Social Media Marketing internship for Gulf Coast Vacations by Owner.

Paige’s hometown is Des Moines, Iowa, however she considers herself a Floridian at heart and has lived in the Sunshine state since 2009. She is most interested in traveling and music. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and hanging up her hammock to enjoy nature. Paige’s mission in life is to serve her talents as a communicator, artist, and independent thinker, to seek out the time to learn from others and grow as an individual. Previously, she worked for OrangeTheory as a sales associate and social media manager. She is originally from Miami, FL but moved to Orlando after enrolling at the University of Central Florida. Pamela gained her first degree in Fashion Merchandising in Miami where she worked alongside industry professionals producing fashion shows, styling and assisting magazine shoots. While at UCF, Pamela became the Secretary and Chairman of the Fashion Society Club and graduated with a her B.S. in Human Communications.

While fashion has played a big role in her life, she now spends her free time enjoying the Orlando area. Pamela and her boyfriend take their new Australian Shepherd on walks and to the beach with them whenever they get the chance.

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Stefano Scocimara joined HealthCare Support in July of 2018 as a Candidate Engagement Specialist. Stefano was born in Sao Paulo Brazil and was previously managing a high-end wallcovering studio in Orlando before joining the HSS family. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

On his off-time, Stefano enjoys playing soccer and music in addition to spending time with his friends and family.

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Stephanie joined HealthCare Support in October, 2012 as a the Administrative Assistant and has since been promoted several times to a Recruitment Coordinator, Client Relationship Coordinator and now her current role of Key Account Manager in our MSP Division. Before coming to Healthcare Support she worked in the service industry and retail.

She was born in Ohio yet spent her “growing up years” in Arizona, Colorado and Iowa. She attended Des Moines Community College before relocating to Florida. She enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and she is an avid college football fan.

Steve Footer

Steve Footer is a long-time veteran of HealthCare Support Staffing. He has been a payroll expert since 1992, with the last 16 years spent at HSS. Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. His goal is to ensure accuracy in weekly temp payroll and to stay up to date with the most recent payroll changes.

Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College. Steve was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist as of January 2018.

Steven Papke originally joined the HealthCare Support team as a Recruiting Consultant in 2015 and after a short break in 2017 he returned in 2018. Relocating from Denver, CO back to Orlando, FL proved to Steven that he is more of a beach and wine connoisseur over mountains and craft beers.

Steven is a graduate from the University of Central Florida where he received his bachelor’s degree in business. In his free time he enjoys supporting his teams (NY Yankees, Giants & Rangers), trying new sushi spots, and experiencing different cultures.

Taylor Shickles

Taylor Shickles joined HealthCare Support in September 2019 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Previously, she worked for Orange County Facilities Management as an Administrative Support Representative. When working there, she took on projects such as onboarding orientations and new hire paperwork. Her goals include making sure her and her dogs live a happy and healthy life. 3 words that describe her are funny, loyal, and personable.

Taylor was born and raised in Delray Beach, FL. She moved to Orlando in January 2015 to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, she became a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and was a UCF Majorette with the Marching Knights. She graduated from UCF in May 2019. Her personal interests include escape games, video games, and hanging out at home. Something unique about her is that she has 2 dogs, Ellie a Lab/Dane, and Callie a Rottweiler/Boxer!

Tiffany Osmanski

Tiffany Osmanski joined HealthCare Support in November of 2017. She graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelors Degree in Communications in December of 2016, where she then pursued a career with Holiday Inn Club Vacations as an Inbound Sales Agent. Prior to working with Holiday Inn Club, Tiffany completed an Sales Internship with a smaller company called Fattmerchant, based out of Orlando. Her mission in both her professional and personal life is to always strive to make a difference.

Tiffany is from a very small town called Pelion in South Carolina where her parents and eight siblings still reside. She played college softball all four years and still enjoys coaching players and doing lessons as she can. Other than being involved in sports, she enjoys animals of all kinds and binge watching The Walking dead.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tina Geer

Tina Geer joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as the Accounting Manager. Tina was born in Guyana and grew up in Queens, New York. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York. She then moved to Florida and went into public accounting with Arthur Andersen as an Auditor. Tina is a Licensed CPA in the State of Florida and she also has over 15 years of experience in Property Accounting. Tina looks forward to being a part of the Healthcare Support Team.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started in the staffing industry in 1994 and has held various recruiting, sales, and executive leadership roles. Tom was a founding partner in a technology staffing firm from 1996-2009 and also has significant past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. His primary responsibility in his leadership role with HSS is to mentor the sales and recruiting teams and be of service to our healthcare client partners.

Originally from California, Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy Shaw Forrest

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015 and was promoted to Senior Recruiting Consultant in May 2016, Professional Recruiting Consultant in July 2017 and Executive Recruiting Consultant in May 2018. Tyler is a powerhouse recruiter and has consistently broken company goals and records. In 3 years Tyler single-handedly matched 800+ candidates with careers in the healthcare field. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Valeria Morales

Valeria Morales joined HealthCare Support in June of 2019 as an Onboarding Coordinator. She was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and raised in Orlando, Florida. Valeria graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration in 2014 and in 2017 graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources and Project Management from Herzing University. Valeria volunteers with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention since 2014 and is the current board chair of the Central Florida Chapter. On her free time, Valeria enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Wes Gawriluk

Wes Gawriluk joined HealthCare Support in February of 2019, as a Director of Perm Operations. He brings 8+ years of staffing experience supporting Fortune 500 Private Sector, Federal, State and Local Government Public Sectors. Through his career, Wes lead the coaching and mentoring of internal sales and delivery teams to achieve their professional goals. These experiences taught him the value of a cohesive team and what is possible with a well-defined vision. He is passionate about finding solutions to his customers challenges and leading internal teams through the building of strong, personal relationships.

Wes is a Florida native, son of two high school educators, a younger brother to Kristopher, an uncle to his nephew Kannon and husband to his beautiful wife, Morgan. He graduated from The Florida State University with a degree from the College of Business. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his family, to travel, explore new restaurants and wines, watch FSU football and play with his Doberman, Snoop.

Whitney Core

Whitney Core joined HealthCare Support in August 2019 and as a Recruiting Consultant on the MSP Division. She started her career in the recruiting industry in 2016 at a national staffing firm in Melbourne. Whitney brings with her a strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and account management and has overseen her own team of recruiters and clients recruiting everything from administrative and clerical roles, engineers, ERP/IT consultants and accounting/finance. Whitney loves that no day is the same and no matter how long you do it there is always so much you can learn.

Originally from Melbourne, FL, Whitney’s family has lived all over the state. She is a graduate from The University of Central Florida and has a bachelor’s in clinical psychology. Outside of recruiting Whitney loves painting (and anything art related) and photography. Her family is her main motivation and she enjoys traveling with them whenever she can.
