Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Chris Abel

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. He ahs recently been promoted to President. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. A CPA for over 20 years, Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, services and education industries.

Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, and reading.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started his career in staffing in 1994. He’s held recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. Tom was the founding Managing Partner of a IT staffing firm from 1996-2009. He has past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. As Executive Director of Enterprise Sales, Tom is responsible for scaling our sales organization and fueling sustainable revenue growth. In full collaboration with our talented leadership and sales team, Tom is accountable for revenue optimization, key client acquisitions, launching new healthcare verticals and sales training.

Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Mohler

Josh Mohler joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018, as a Director of Operations. He has 15+ years of Human Capital Management/Staffing experience within a variety of industries and verticals. Throughout his career, Josh has partnered with incredible clients and counterparts, and has a true passion for building lasting partnerships and relationships.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Josh is a proud native Texan, however, now calls Central Florida home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Texas State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family (amazing wife and two children). Some of his hobbies include: golf, boating and going to the beach, and traveling.

Philip Wong

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Shaw Forrest

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Hope Brill

Hope Brill joined HealthCare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. As of September 2019 Hope holds the title of Strategic Accounts Executive. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015. Tyler quickly excelled to be the #1 recruiter in our agency, consistently breaking company goals and records for 5 consecutive years. In January 2020 Tyler received a promotion to Recruiting Manager. In this role Tyler takes on the additional responsibility of training and growing other members of his team. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato restaurant in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of Perm Services. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Andy, is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Aaron is from the far away town of Tampa Bay, home of the Super Bowl LV Campion TB Buccaneers. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, he decided to stay in sunny Orlando. He is transitioning after Covid-19 from a hospitality management role to a Recruiting Consultant Position in 2021. Hoping to utilize his experience in hiring and staff management, Aaron is excited for this new opportunity. Aaron is also happy to talk about soccer, cooking, and the best places for spirits in Orlando.

Abbi has just joined HSS in 2020 and her title is Sourcing Specialist, but has been promoted to Recruting Consultant in 2021. She has worked in the staffing industry for the past 5 months but focusing on Information Technology roles. She has lived in Orlando for 15 years but left to go to the University of North Florida up in Jacksonville. Abbi studied Sociology with a minor in Psychology and has been very interested in integrating that with Marketing. She is interested in traveling, hiking, finding fun and interesting things to do, and watching Netflix/Hulu shows. Something unique about her is that she played soccer for 18 years of her life and she also loves to hangout with her cat Bean.

Alana Myers recently joined HSS in October 2021 as a Client Relations Coordinator. In May 2021, Alana graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her BS in Health Administration. She has a background in hospitality, event planning, and sales but after graduation she was anxious to start her career in Healthcare. Some of the things Alana likes to do on her free time is traveling, and spending time with family and friends. One of Alana’s goals is to grow within HSS by moving up in the company and she is very excited to start her career journey with us.

Alex DeJohn joined HealthCare Support in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant on the Perm Team. She looks forward to learning a new industry and contributing to the growth and success of the Perm Team and HealthCare Support.

Alex attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX for undergrad and completed her MBA at the University of Central Florida. With an interest in sales and entrepreneurship Alex has worked in a wide range of industries including fashion, technology, and education. Most recently Alex was a franchise owner for Bella Bridesmaids, a nationwide brand specializing in bridal retail. As a small business owner, Alex learned the importance of building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Alex was born and raised in Orlando, FL and has lived in Texas, Indiana, and Arkansas over the past 8 years. She is happy to return to the Sunshine State and enjoys spending time at the beach on the weekends with her yellow lab, Colt.

Alexandra (Alex) Garcia joined HealthCare Support in March 2017 as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in December 2017. Alex continue to excel in her role assisting with several clients and building client portfolios of her own. She was rewarded with a promotion to Key Account Manager in April 2019. Prior to working for HSS, Alexandra gained professional experience while working in Retail Management for numerous years as well as later changing routes and joining political campaigns.

Originally from Colombia, she has been a Florida resident since 2001. Alex is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida and has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in International and Global Studies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active.

Aly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Rollins College in 2017. Aly enjoys running, spending time with friends, and watching reality TV in her free time. Amanda Anderson

Amanda Anderson joined the HealthCare Support family in October, 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her passion to help others succeed has been a BIG motivator. Because of her hard work and positive impact on HSS, Amanda received a promotion to Key Account Manager. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Amanda graduated from Peace College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and uses her passion for helping people to excel in the Staffing world. Her professional strengths include the following: high-level communication skills, the ability to exceed production goals, and leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Her professional background is in Human Resources and she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Concordia University in Minnesota. Her goals as a Client Relationship Coordinator is assist our clients to the best of her ability. Her hometown is St. Paul, Minnesota and her personal interest include going to amusement parks, going to the movies and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Scott comes to Healthcare Support having worked in the Pharmacy industry over the past 10 years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She worked in Retail Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Prior Authorization processing, and Specialty Pharmacy. Her mission is to use her prior experience in the healthcare industry to help others find valuable and worthwhile jobs.

Ashley is a more recent transplant to Orlando, she’s been here for 5 years now. She grew up in Columbia, Missouri, and in St. Louis as well. Florida is the fifth state that she has lived; Missouri, Minnesota, Ohio, California, and now settled in Florida. Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and having time with family in friends as well.

Brad joined HealthCare Support in April 2021 as a Senior National Account Executive. He joins us from Cox Media Group where he was a Media Consultant for 4 years, helping businesses grow market share through various advertising channels. He has also worked as an Event Manager and has created and produced massive events throughout Central Florida. Through these experiences, Brad has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses and industries across Central Florida. No matter the role, Brad has always put a major focus on the importance of developing long-lasting relationships and finding beneficial solutions to help his clients. He looks forward to bringing that same drive and energy to HealthCare Support!

Brad loves giving back to his local community and currently serves on the Key Initiative committee for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. There, he helps coordinate various fundraising events throughout the year to directly impact local families in Central Florida. Brad is a true Orlando native and grew up right in the heart of Downtown Orlando. He attended the University of Central Florida (GO KNIGHTS!) and graduated with a Communications degree and a minor in Sports Management. During his downtime, Brad loves to spend time with his fiancé, Lindsey, cheering on his hometown Orlando Magic, getting out on the water, and checking out local craft breweries.

Brandi Pettenger

Brandi joined HSS during the year of 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her professional background includes working at Aeropostale for 6 years, 3.5 years of which was spent as a Sales Lead. She also has more retail experience as a Sales Associate at Shoe Carnival for 2 years. Some of the skills that are transferrable to the new role would be selling and the ability to talk to customers and build a relationship with them. Her goal in life is to spend it being happy and surrounded by loved ones.

Three words that describe Brandi as an individual would be that she is respectful, caring, and a team-player. She was born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, and lived there for 20 years before moving to Orlando. Her educational background consists of completing an AA degree at Daytona State College and then transferring to the University of Central Florida to complete a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Some of her personal interests including collecting vinyl records, going to the beach, playing volleyball, and video games. One thing that is unique is that she did karate for 13 years and has a black belt!

Brandon grew up in Vero Beach, FL and is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys playing golf, attending UCF & Orlando City games, spending time on the water, and playing with his chocolate lab.

Prior to working at HealthCare Support, Brianna spent six years as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at The Capital Grille in Orlando, Florida where she partnered with the Sales Manager to build business and network relationships with local, national, and international clients.

Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Brianna relocated to Orlando, Florida where she graduated from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders and a Minor in American Sign Language. In her free time, Brianna enjoys days on the boat or on the beach with family and friends, staying active outside with her American Bulldog, Tyson, and traveling. She is looking forward to growing both personally and professionally at HSS!

Caitlin Schaeffer was born in Leesburg, FL and has lived in many areas throughout the Central Florida region over the years. After graduating from Rollins College in 2017 with a degree in communications, she decided to pack up and move to Dallas, TX for a change of scenery. She lived there for 3 years enjoying the foodie-life and the abundance of dog-friendly offerings. Caitlin relocated back to Florida in 2020 and joined our team as Recruiting Consultant shortly after.

In her spare time you can find her playing with her rescue dog, Henry, enjoying the beach or eating sushi at her favorite restaurant in Winter Park!

Chris was born in South Florida, but moved to Orlando in 1995. He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a BA in English. His biggest passion (and frustration, ha!) is golf. His other interests include: Running, hiking, and his 5-year-old Lab/Boxer/Collie mix, Tally.

He Spent two years at Marshall University and then transferred to The University of Montevallo. He graduated with a bachelor’s in marketing in May of 2021. Christian was a member of the baseball team for both schools. He is very competitive, outgoing, and highly motivated. Christian was born in Philadelphia but has spent most of his life in Orlando. Christina is a Recruiting Consultant that has recently joined the HSS team in October 2021. She is a Haitian American that was born and raised in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. She recently graduated from the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Administration in 2021. She is a Brother of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and was in several leadership positions during her university tenure. Her ultimate career goal is to open a chain of free clinics in low-income areas and Haiti.

Aside from her professional life, Christina is passionate about music and dance. She learned to play the Cello and Piano and has been dancing (Hip Hop, Afro Beat, Ballet, Jazz and Tap) for over 11 years! She is a loving individual with a fiery personality, and she is excited to see where life will take her!

Christina (Chris) Thakur Joined Healthcare Support Team in 2021 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Her background in healthcare started when working on several different floors at ORMC downtown Orlando and transitioned into Private practices. Her goals are to help and care for those that are now starting their new career in healthcare. Chris has been a Medical Assistant since 2016 graduating from Keiser University.
She was born and raised in Oviedo Florida and loves to go to the beach, snorkeling, swimming with sharks in the Key West waters. Chris has been a figure skater since she was 11, she enjoys going to the Daytona International Speedway to watch races, and lastly work on her project cars.

With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

In 2020 she graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Minor in Psychology. Prior to joining HSS, her background in healthcare began with her internship at Life Care Center of Orlando and eventually transitioned to a full-time position in a doctor owned private practice. She is excited to continue her professional career with the HSS team.

Cianna was born and raised in Galesburg Illinois until 2008 when she moved to Orlando, Florida with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pet dog Juno and cat Loki. When not at home you can catch her at the beach sunbathing or reading a good mystery book.

University of Central Florida is Citlali’s alma mater. Citlali is vegetarian and loves to find new delicious plant-based restaurants. She loves the great outdoors and decorating.

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Corrie Thomas joined HealthCare Support in April, 2018 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. She then was promoted to Systems Analyst in 2021. Originally from Missouri, Corrie is a graduate of Drury University and holds a degree in Finance. Before moving to Florida, Corrie was the Operations Manager for a small chain of health clubs. Her favorite part of the job was getting to know the members and solving their problems.

In her free time, Corrie enjoys weightlifting, going to concerts, and going to the beach. She’s excited to explore all of the great areas Florida has to offer, and she’s thankful that sunscreen and aloe vera are sold in bulk here.

Dana is originally from Michigan, but has lived in Orlando, Florida most of her life. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Behavioral & Social Sciences. David Jablon joined HealthCare Support as a Sourcing Specialist in December of 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Consultant in March 2020. He majored in Integrated Business and minored in Finance while at the University of Central Florida. Roles within clubs and internships helped David aquire and refine his soft skills. He gained professionalism, sales experience, and inbound/outbound call experience while at his commercial real estate internship. He strives to make an impact in whatever task he is assigned. He is a hard worker who will make sure the job gets done. Three words that define David would be dependable, efficient, and initiative.

David grew up in Oviedo, Florida. He attended Jackson Heights Middle School, Oviedo High School, and then stayed locally and attended the University of Central Florida. He is a very analytical person who works hard in his studies, but also has many interests. He loves sports, whether playing or watching, and has been involved for years. He played high school soccer and has played almost every intramural sport imaginable at UCF. Being from the area, his family is only a thirty minute drive down the road. He spends time with his family and his golden doodle, Sandy. Something unique about David is that he has his real estate license. He plans on potentially using it as a hobby down the road.

Dennis Oteng joined HSS on July 12th, 2021, as a recruiting consultant. He graduated from UCF Dec. 2020 and is thinking of pursing a master’s degree in Kinesiology. He worked as a team member for Chic Fil A for 5 years. There, he learned how to work efficiently and with passion to give guests the best experience possible. As a Lead Sales associate for Leslie’s Pool Supply, he was able to develop these skills further by having more one on one work with customers who needed help with their pool care. He believes he is marked to reach greatness in whatever field he is tending and moves with unbelievable purpose. He would describe himself as reliable, friendly, and motivated. One phrase he lives by is to “go and get it regardless”, the mentality of striving for greatness despite the circumstance. Dennis loves sports, specifically soccer and basketball. Francela Wong was born in Costa Rica but predominantly grew up in Destin, FL. A small town located in the panhandle; 45 minutes from the infamous Panama City and 2 hours from Tallahassee. She is a UCF graduate with a major in Health Sciences Pre-clinical, and a minor in Health Services Administration. Some of her hobbies consist of fishing, watersports, traveling, skiing, concerts and playing games like poker, dominos or chess. He graduated from the University of West Florida in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a minor in marketing applications. He previously worked as a DCA certified diamontologist & jewelry consultant for one of the largest diamond distributors in Florida. He has almost a decade of experience in the customer service industry and enjoys working day to day with clients from various backgrounds.

His interests range from enjoying live music to watching sports like soccer and tennis. Before her employment with HSS, Jacqueline had built a strong foundation in her 12 years of hospitality and service industry. Jacqueline had also worked closely with children in which she had taught different subjects in school systems located in foreign countries. Jacqueline is originally from a small town called Ithaca based in upstate New York, she then relocated to Orlando Florida where she attended college. Jacqueline attended Valencia Community College where she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success and obtained her Associates degree in 2018. Her involvement in the NSLS followed her to the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2020. Throughout her time at UCF, Jennifer was a professional dog trainer, and she has a European Doberman named Moby Dick that she does dog sports with! While at UCF, Jennifer was the Primary Recruitment Director for her sorority as well as the Knight-Thon Coordinator leading her team to be the highest fundraising team for the Children’s Miracle Network. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Joni went on to pursue other passions in education, retail, and consumer goods. Her extensive experience with customer service, quality control, and leadership roles brought her sincerely to a career in staffing. Joni was thrilled to become a part of the HealthCare Support team in February 2020 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. She believes that her purpose is to help others and HSS is fulfilling that innate need to serve.

Joni is originally from Georgia but has spent the bulk of her formative years in central Florida. Outside of the office, Joni loves spending time with her friends and family, being the best dog mom she can be, and is an avid Disney fan. She is also an accomplished Polynesian dancer and has been training for over 15 years.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Justin joined HealthCare Support in 2021 as a recruiting consultant. Previously, for the past 9 years has worked in the hospitality industry as a Senior Concierge in numerous hotels throughout Orlando dealing directly face to face with guests. As a concierge it was his job to create and cater to the needs of families looking to spend both their time and money to have the best vacation they could. Being able to take the needs and wants of these guests make it a great fit to be able to cater to those looking for a long term fit in the form of a job or career.
Originally born in Queens, NY, he moved all over Long Island until moving to South Florida. Once it was time to go to college, UCF was the only school on his mind, with his sights set on the hospitality industry. With great experiences and meeting great people, he would spend the next 8 years lifeguarding, and after 3 years becoming a lifeguard instructor. Helping people in need and teaching people to do the same became a passion of his.
As a change of pace, a close friend of his suggested joining and working more closely in travel, working for Expedia. It was there that for 9 years, he was able to both help people book their travels as well as travel the world himself, visiting places like Japan and Iceland.
In his personal life, he takes pride in his love of costuming, cosplaying, and prop making.

Kealie Do joined HealthCare Support in April 2021 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Previously, she worked as a medical office assistant at a family medicine office. While her time there, she triaged medical care and assisted patients with the comprehension of insurance policies, HIPAA requirements, and medical terminology, and processed medical bills. Her goals include pursuing an advanced education in a master’s program in Healthcare Administration and to unite with a future pet Samoyed that she already named Hiro. Kealie was born in Louisiana, but was raised in Pembroke Pines, FL. She moved to Orlando in August 2016 to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, she co-founded the 60th chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority, Inc. and was an active member in the East-Asian student organizations! She excelled into a Senior Key Account Manager position for our MSP Division in November, 2013 where she worked closely with some of our largest accounts to meet the needs and requests of hiring managers. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. In this role she is responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying opportunity and building relationships with multi-level contacts.

Laura Bateman joined HealthCare Support in September 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant and was promoted to Sr. Professional Recruiting Consultant in February 2019. Previous to HSS, Laura started out working with The Fresh Market in Clearwater, Florida, as a cashier and worked her way up to the position of Store Manager, overseeing 80 to 100 employees. In her fourteen years there, she also recruited for new stores in addition to opening two brand new stores for the company.

Originally from Clearwater, FL, Laura has lived in various cities around the state including Tallahassee, Ocala, Gainesville and Jacksonville. She completed the Police Academy at Central Florida College and also went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. Morgan’s professional background includes working various roles primarily in the hospitality industry, the longest being her 4 years with Walt Disney World working within the resorts. All her roles have helped strengthen her skills within customer service plus given her an eye for detail and strong communication. She is very excited to be able to apply all her skills to her new role and assist her team and candidates on the path to success!

Morgan was born in Wisconsin, but grew up in Bethlehem, PA. She graduated from Moravian College with a BA in Management & Sociology and moved down to Orlando shortly after. Omar Cervantes joined the HealthCare Support team in January 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant. In 2016 he was promoted to Sr. Recruiting Consultant and in October 2018 Omar received another promotion to Sr. Professional Recruiting Consultant. Omar is a graduate from the University of Central Florida class of 2012 and holds a degree in Psychology. Omar is also a member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity.

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. Stephanie’s goal for her new adventure with HSS is to build long lasting relationships with co-workers and clients, bring in new business, and deliver a strong work ethic.

Stephanie was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but moved around a bit, from Bradenton to Melbourne to finding her home in Orlando. She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a degree in Health Services Administration and Business. She also obtained her master’s degree in business administration in 2016. Stephanie currently lives in SODO with her boyfriend, Matty, and their Yorkipoo, Benji and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is a huge red wine lover.

Steve Footer is a long-time veteran of HealthCare Support Staffing. He has been a payroll expert since 1992, with the last 16 years spent at HSS. Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. His goal is to ensure accuracy in weekly temp payroll and to stay up to date with the most recent payroll changes.

Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College. Steve was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist as of January 2018.

Steven Papke originally joined the HealthCare Support team as a Recruiting Consultant in 2015 and after a short break in 2017 he returned in 2018. Relocating from Denver, CO back to Orlando, FL proved to Steven that he is more of a beach and wine connoisseur over mountains and craft beers.

Steven is a graduate from the University of Central Florida where he received his bachelor’s degree in business. In his free time he enjoys supporting his teams (NY Yankees, Giants & Rangers), trying new sushi spots, and experiencing different cultures.

Taelor has recently joined the HSS team in July 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. She is originally from the Yonkers, New York but has lived in Orlando for over 10 years. She recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Human Communications, emphasizing in mass communications and with a minor in Sports Business Management. Some of Taelor’s interest include sports, being a foodie, and traveling the world. Something unique about her is she’s a first generation American with dual citizenship in the USA and Jamaica!

Prior to starting with HSS, she was a Social Media and Lifestyle Intern in Brooklyn New York as well as a Promotion and Activations Assistant at Cox Media Group Orlando for over two years. In those positions she has had hands on experience with customer service, event management, marketing, as well as project management. Her professional long-term goals are to establish herself within the communications world either in HR or the diversity and inclusion space.

Tammy Nichols

Tammy joined Healthcare Support in August 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant in the MSP Division. Prior to joining HSS, Tammy had an extensive career in healthcare in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and stress testing, chiropractic care, medical records management, and medical editing. She most recently exceled as a sales professional in the hospitality industry where she achieved her goals by offering superior customer service and by truly caring about the needs of her clients.

Originally from Illinois, Tammy moved with her family to Orlando in 2009 for a change of latitude. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Studies and master’s degree in Exercise Science, and from Purdue Global University with a graduate certification in Human Resources. In her free time, Tammy enjoys concerts, sporting events, and game night with family and friends.

Taylor Shickles

Taylor Shickles joined HealthCare Support in September 2019 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Previously, she worked for Orange County Facilities Management as an Administrative Support Representative. When working there, she took on projects such as onboarding orientations and new hire paperwork. Her goals include making sure her and her dogs live a happy and healthy life. 3 words that describe her are funny, loyal, and personable.

Taylor was born and raised in Delray Beach, FL. She moved to Orlando in January 2015 to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, she became a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and was a UCF Majorette with the Marching Knights. She graduated from UCF in May 2019. Her personal interests include escape games, video games, and hanging out at home. Something unique about her is that she has 2 dogs, Ellie a Lab/Dane, and Callie a Rottweiler/Boxer!

Teresa Medeiros

Teresa joined HSS in April of 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant. She has obtained skills in sales and customer service through her previous roles as a sales consultant at BullW and as a server at Roccos Tacos and Tequila bar. Teresa has a strong connection with helping others through care and communication. She used those skills in her most recent role as a COVID-19 Medical Secretary and Contact Tracer for the University of Central Florida. Teresa previously studied at said university and graduated with a bachelor’s in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical track. She plans on continuing a career in healthcare and helping others. Teresa has a strong work ethic, with a passion in caring for others and making a difference in her community. She would be described as ambitious, passionate, and honest. Teresa grew up in Coral Springs, South Florida. Teresa loves to find new opportunity for adventure. For her birthday she went sky diving and for graduation she took flying lessons.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started his career in staffing in 1994. He’s held recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. Tom was the founding Managing Partner of a IT staffing firm from 1996-2009. He has past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. As Executive Director of Enterprise Sales, Tom is responsible for scaling our sales organization and fueling sustainable revenue growth. In full collaboration with our talented leadership and sales team, Tom is accountable for revenue optimization, key client acquisitions, launching new healthcare verticals and sales training.

Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Tommy Lyons is an IT Specialist who joined HealthCare Support in 2021. Born in Baltimore, Maryland; Tommy spent time in SC and TN before settling into Orlando, FL in 2021. Tommy has been working in the IT Industry for over five years and is passionate about helping his colleagues. Tommy takes a pro-active approach to IT. In his spare time, Tommy travels to the Key’s or enjoys camping during the cooler weather. He is passionate about nature and spending time with friends in his new home state.

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Travis joined the HSS team in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. He has been in a handful of roles from Sports Retail, Grocery Retail, Theme Park Retail, Sales, Advertising and Marketing. Travis’s goal is to become successful and happy in what I do on a day-to-day basis. If he had to describe himself in three words it would be: Outgoing, Competitive and Easy-going. he is originally from Palm Beach, FL and graduated from UCF with a B.S. in Legal Studies. Travis plays a handful of sports and also travels for softball. he enjoys all theme parks (especially rollercoasters) and doing anything outdoors. Another thing Travis loves is to travel and he has not gotten rid of his travel bug for the past 4 years. Something that is unique about Travis is that he lived on Scotland, UK for a half a year for work and got to experience a completely different culture and also travel to some amazing countries and cities.

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015. Tyler quickly excelled to be the #1 recruiter in our agency, consistently breaking company goals and records for 5 consecutive years. In January 2020 Tyler received a promotion to Recruiting Manager. In this role Tyler takes on the additional responsibility of training and growing other members of his team. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato restaurant in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Whitney Montalvo

Whitney Core joined HealthCare Support in August 2019 and as a Recruiting Consultant on the MSP Division. She started her career in the recruiting industry in 2016 at a national staffing firm in Melbourne. Whitney brings with her a strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and account management and has overseen her own team of recruiters and clients recruiting everything from administrative and clerical roles, engineers, ERP/IT consultants and accounting/finance. Whitney loves that no day is the same and no matter how long you do it there is always so much you can learn.

Originally from Melbourne, FL, Whitney’s family has lived all over the state. She is a graduate from The University of Central Florida and has a bachelor’s in clinical psychology. Outside of recruiting Whitney loves painting (and anything art related) and photography. Her family is her main motivation and she enjoys traveling with them whenever she can.

William Bennett

William (Will) Bennett joined Healthcare Support in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant on the Retail-Centene Team. Prior to joining Healthcare Support, Will earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. After college, Will gained valuable experience working as a territory manager for a medical sales company in South Florida. And most recently, he spent time working to help survivors in a local domestic violence shelter; serving as a State Certified Domestic Violence Advocate before being promoted to the development side as Development and Events Coordinator. Three words that his coworkers have used to describe Will in the past are compassionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing.

Growing up Winter Park Florida, Will discovered a passion for competitive sports that still carries through to this day. In his free time, you’re most likely to find Will rock climbing with his partner Rachel, enjoying a soccer match, kayaking, hiking, playing video games, cuddling his cat, or finding some way to compete with his friends.
