Vanessa M. was looking for new employment since March of 2015. As she consistently applied, she started to lose faith in actually finding a job as she was not receiving any sort of feedback regarding her submitted applications. When I first spoke to her about a position with a Fortune 500 managed care company, she did not think she had the experience as well as the background to actually land the job.
