Email

James “JT” Thompson, was promoted to President in September 2017. Prior to becoming President, JT was Chief Operating Officer of HealthCare Support (HSS) since April 2013. JT began his staffing career in 1999 as a recruiter for one of largest staffing firms in the world. He held positions of increased responsibilities, including serving as an account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In the position of DBO, JT ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation.

JT’s experience in staffing covers healthcare, light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. His responsibilities at HSS include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning for business development and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year. Since starting with HSS, the company’s revenue has nearly tripled going from 38 million to well over 100 million in 2019. Under his leadership HSS has also earned some of the industry’s most coveted accolades which include:

JT is a native Floridian and has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at the University of Central Florida. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.

Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Chris Abel

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. A CPA for over 20 years, Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, services and education industries.

Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, and reading.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Stephanie Williams

Stephanie joined Healthcare Support in February 2021 as a Senior National Account Executive. She joins us from Cox Media Group where she was an Account Executive for 3 years, helping businesses develop marketing strategies and implementing radio and digital campaigns. Before Cox Media Group, she worked at Advent Health for 8 years as an Account Manager and has extensive knowledge in the healthcare industry. Stephanie’s goal for her new adventure with HSS is to build long lasting relationships with co-workers and clients, bring in new business, and deliver a strong work ethic.

Stephanie was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but moved around a bit, from Bradenton to Melbourne to finding her home in Orlando. She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a degree in Health Services Administration and Business. She also obtained her master’s degree in business administration in 2016. Stephanie currently lives in SODO with her boyfriend, Matty, and their Yorkipoo, Benji and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is a huge red wine lover.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started his career in staffing in 1994. He’s held recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. Tom was the founding Managing Partner of a IT staffing firm from 1996-2009. He has past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. As Executive Director of Enterprise Sales, Tom is responsible for scaling our sales organization and fueling sustainable revenue growth. In full collaboration with our talented leadership and sales team, Tom is accountable for revenue optimization, key client acquisitions, launching new healthcare verticals and sales training.

Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Mohler

Josh Mohler joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018, as a Director of Operations. He has 15+ years of Human Capital Management/Staffing experience within a variety of industries and verticals. Throughout his career, Josh has partnered with incredible clients and counterparts, and has a true passion for building lasting partnerships and relationships.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Josh is a proud native Texan, however, now calls Central Florida home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Texas State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family (amazing wife and two children). Some of his hobbies include: golf, boating and going to the beach, and traveling.

Philip Wong

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Shaw Forrest

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Hope Brill

Hope Brill joined HealthCare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. As of September 2019 Hope holds the title of Strategic Accounts Executive. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015. Tyler quickly excelled to be the #1 recruiter in our agency, consistently breaking company goals and records for 5 consecutive years. In January 2020 Tyler received a promotion to Recruiting Manager. In this role Tyler takes on the additional responsibility of training and growing other members of his team. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato restaurant in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Christine Byrd

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of Perm Services. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Amanda Anderson

Amanda Anderson joined the HealthCare Support family in October, 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her passion to help others succeed has been a BIG motivator. Because of her hard work and positive impact on HSS, Amanda received a promotion to Key Account Manager. In this role she focuses on delivering positive results to some of our most important clients nationwide.

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Amanda graduated from Peace College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and uses her passion for helping people to excel in the Staffing world. Her professional strengths include the following: high-level communication skills, the ability to exceed production goals, and leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Amanda is excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company like HSS! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, exercising, and seeing all that the Sunshine State of Florida has to offer.

Andy Yother

Andy, is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Tina Geer

Tina Geer joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as the Accounting Manager. Tina was born in Guyana and grew up in Queens, New York. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York. She then moved to Florida and went into public accounting with Arthur Andersen as an Auditor. Tina is a Licensed CPA in the State of Florida and she also has over 15 years of experience in Property Accounting. Tina looks forward to being a part of the Healthcare Support Team.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Stephanie Rocafort

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Shanna Ramirez

Shanna Ramirez joined HealthCare Support in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant for the Permanent Placement Division and was promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in April 2016. As of May 2019 Shanna has held the role of Business Development Manager and spends her time generating new business for the company. Prior to joining the HSS Team she was a Business Development Manager for a local staffing firm. Over the past 11 years, Shanna had been in the staffing industry which included recruiting, sales, account management and business development. Shanna is excited to be a part of HSS and hopes to continue her success in staffing healthcare professionals.

Originally from Davenport, Iowa Shanna moved back to Florida and began attending Valencia Community College in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business management. When she is not working, she is actively involved with her son and his high school sports.

Laura Skladany joined the HealthCare Support team February 4, 2013. She was hired into the company as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the South East Division and was promoted to Key Account Manager of Centene in January 2015 and Executive Development Manager in March of 2017. Laura looks forward to becoming a valued asset to this team by utilizing her skills to drive and produce positive results.

In 2006 Laura graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Sport Management. While attending her family relocated to the Orlando area, upon graduation she decided to make the move as well. For the past 5 years Laura has been employed through Dillard’s Inc. She has spent her time working as an Area Sales Manager for four of the five Orlando locations. Laura considers herself to be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and great initiative. In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with my family.

Kelli Martin

Kelli Martin joined Healthcare Support in October, 2011 as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the Tampa division. She excelled into a Senior Key Account Manager position for our MSP Division in November, 2013 where she worked closely with some of our largest accounts to meet the needs and requests of hiring managers. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. In this role she is responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying opportunity and building relationships with multi-level contacts.

Kelli received her BA Degree in Psychology and Pre-Med from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She happily relocated to Florida in 2010 and was born for Florida weather! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, water skiing, animals, saving the environment and spending time with friends and family.

Jackie Babinski

Jackie Babinski joined Healthcare Support in December of 2013 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and transitioned to a Key Account Manager in January 2015 and then into a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016 . Prior to joining HSS, she provided client support in the fields of advertising and publishing/conference planning. She is thoroughly dedicated to the guiding principle of treating clients’ businesses as if they were her own. Jackie is a graduate of Keiser University and a long-time resident of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting art museums, as well as biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Adams joined Healthcare Support in February of 2016 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to a Key Account Manager in December 2016. Born and raised in Orlando, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Services Administration and Marketing in May of 2015. Prior to working for HSS, Sarah worked as an Administrative Assistant for an electrical contracting company. In her spare time Sarah works towards her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at UCF. She also enjoys exploring Central Florida and spending time with her loved ones.

Laura Gonzalez

Laura Gonzalez joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Key Account Manager and currently holds the same position for our Coral Team. Before joining the HSS team, Laura worked in the healthcare staffing industry for over 3 years. She moved back to Orlando after 6 years in Dallas, TX. She attended Valencia College majoring in Education.

In her spare time, Laura is kept busy by her 2 daughters, Kelsy and Kylah. She loves relaxing with family and friends by the pool, swimming, BBQing and watching her daughter, Kelsy golf.

Ashley DeSalvo

Ashley DeSalvo joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in July of 2016. Since then, Ashley has moved into the roles of Client Relationship Coordinator, Key Account Manager, and was most recently promoted to National Account Manager supporting our Permanent Placement division. Ashley thrives on building strong relationships and being a true client partner.

After growing up in Florida’s Panhandle, Ashley moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Hanna Evans

Hanna Evans joined HealthCare Support in July 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and in September of that year, became a Recruiting Consultant. In April 2017, Hanna was promoted to Training and Development Coordinator where she specialized in training and supporting new recruiters to ensure smooth onboarding. In October 2019 Hanna received another promotion to her current role of Key Account Manager.

Hanna studied Education at the University of Central Florida with a main goal to assist those in growth and development. Originally from Margate, Florida, Hanna has always loved the beach, traveling, and being around her loved ones.

Jesily Ruiz

Jesily Ruiz joined HealthCare Support as a recruiting consultant in July 2018 and received a promotion to Key Account Manager in September 2019. Prior to joining HSS, Jesily worked as a healthcare recruiter at a national staffing firm for close to two years. She also has experience in management, training and development and is excited to use all of her professional experience to help excel the HSS Team.

Jesily is a graduate from the University of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys going to Yoga, cooking, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my friends, family, and her dog, Dallas.

Kristen Davy

Kristen joined HealthCare Support as an Administrative Assistant in November 2013. She was promoted to Recruitment Coordinator in March 2014 and transitioned into her Senior Recruitment Coordinator role in November of 2014 before joining our Business Development Team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in May of 2015. Since then, Kristen excelled into a Key Account Manager role in our MSP division in October of 2017.

Originally from Rochester, New York Kristen moved to Orlando, Florida to enjoy the warm weather. Kristen attended college at Saint John Fisher in Rochester, New York where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Throughout her college career she worked for local government at the Webster Town Hall.

Kristen enjoys hiking, cooking, visiting the many beaches Florida has to offer and spending time with friends and family.

Leah graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2012 with a degree in English and is now approaching two and half years at HealthCare Support, working as a Key Account Manager overseeing the Provider Division with quality driven scorecard KPIs. Prior to joining HSS, Leah spent two years with a full service hospitality staffing firm as a Senior Staffing Manager and Branch Manager. Leah dedicates herself to providing the highest level of customer service — going above and beyond for our clients, contractors, and candidates alike.

Samantha Moraris

Samantha Moraris joined HealthCare Support in February 2016 as a Recruiting Consultant and was promoted to Key Account Manager in October 2017. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with a Business Marketing degree. Previously she worked at a luxury apartment community as a Leasing Manager near SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. Samantha is a Florida native all the way from Ft. Lauderdale and enjoys going to the beach, working out at CrossFit, spontaneous trips, and spending time with friends and family. Samantha’s passion is to excel in everything she does and hopes to become Rookie of the Year!

Savannah Maze joined HealthCare Support in March of 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant, and is now a National Account Manager for the Permanent Placement division. Previous to HSS, Laura started out working with The Fresh Market in Clearwater, Florida, as a cashier and worked her way up to the position of Store Manager, overseeing 80 to 100 employees. In her fourteen years there, she also recruited for new stores in addition to opening two brand new stores for the company.

Gavin joined HSS on 2/22/2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. Before he joined HSS, Gavin was working as an inside sales coordinator for Synergy Equipment. He also did door to door sales for ADT security. Through these jobs Gavin learned that communication is the number one thing when it comes to the business world. Being able to properly communicate with customers is key when wanting to build trust to do business together. Gavin is from York Pennsylvania. Brice Givens joined HealthCare Support in November of 2019 as a Candidate Engagement Specialist. In 2018, shortly after graduating from Butler University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Brice moved to Orlando from her hometown of Carmel, Indiana. Brice began her career as a volunteer in conservation education at the Indianapolis Zoo in 2008. Since then, she has worked in animal care with marine wildlife, and worked as a Professional Intern at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in conservation education. She has worked various positions within The Walt Disney Company, including merchandise, attractions, education, park event operations, as well as in management at the Indianapolis Disney Store.

While she enjoys learning about wildlife and inspiring conservation action in others, with Disney she found that her true passion lies in helping and bringing joy to others. Brice joined the team at HealthCare Support in the hope that she will be able to have a positive impact on both the clients and candidates, and to help others in their search for their own passions.

In her spare time, Brice enjoys trying new restaurants and playing in the Disney parks with friends, as well as going on walks with her dog.

Kealie Do joined HealthCare Support in April 2021 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Previously, she worked as a medical office assistant at a family medicine office. While her time there, she triaged medical care and assisted patients with the comprehension of insurance policies, HIPAA requirements, and medical terminology, and processed medical bills. Her goals include pursuing an advanced education in a master’s program in Healthcare Administration and to unite with a future pet Samoyed that she already named Hiro. Kealie was born in Louisiana, but was raised in Pembroke Pines, FL. She moved to Orlando in August 2016 to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, she co-founded the 60th chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority, Inc. and was an active member in the East-Asian student organizations! Her master’s degree was completed at the University of Central Florida, with a break in studying when she moved to France for 18 months. Dana McKinnon joined the HealthCare Support team in September 2018 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to a Sourcing Specialist in July of 2019. In February 2020, Dana received another promotion to her current role of Onboarding Coordinator. Before HSS she worked as a selling specialist in retail for 4 years. Dana is originally from Michigan, but has lived in Orlando, Florida most of her life. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Behavioral & Social Sciences. In her free time she loves spending time with her son, watching movies, and going to the beach.

Ryan Votsmier Joined HealthCare Support Staffing in March 2021 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Pre-Pandemic, Ryan worked as a Bartender at North Italia in King of Prussia, PA. His goals are to build professional relationships, as well as different and unique skills and knowledge in all facets of Human Resources. Ryan is very excited to be a part of the HSS team.

Ryan was born and raised in Jacksonville, IL where he soon went and graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He then went on to Villanova University to complete his Master of Science in Human Resource Development with a certificate in Data Analytics and Research. In his free time, Ryan loves going to theme parks, playing video games, going to concerts, sports, and fantasizing about being a dog owner.

Maria Harris

Maria Harris joined HealthCare Support in February 2021 as an Accounting Generalist. Prior to joining HSS, Maria worked as an accounting specialist for the automotive industry in Arizona while her husband was serving in the Army. Once her husband followed another career, they picked up and moved their family to Windermere, Florida. Maria received her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in 2000. Maria enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She also enjoys running, cooking, bowling, and going to the beach.

Andy Yother

Andy, is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Tina Geer joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as the Accounting Manager. Tina was born in Guyana and grew up in Queens, New York. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York. She then moved to Florida and went into public accounting with Arthur Andersen as an Auditor. Tina is a Licensed CPA in the State of Florida and she also has over 15 years of experience in Property Accounting. Tina looks forward to being a part of the Healthcare Support Team.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Stephanie Rocafort

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Punit Shah joined HealthCare Support in October 2019 as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Originally from Sarasota, FL he attended the University of South Florida and graduated in 2012. Prior to joining HealthCare Support, he worked at Citibank, Coca-Cola and Marriot Vacations. Recently, he began his MBA at LSU online and is set to complete the program by August 2020. Punit hopes to bring his prior experiences to HealthCare Support and make a positive impact while creating connections with everyone he meets. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, riding his bike and binging shows and documentaries on Netflix!

Jacob Marchetti

Jacob Marchetti is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Finance. He was born and raised in Orlando, and is a proud fan of the Orlando Magic. Jacob joined the HealthCare Support team in December of 2015 as our Staff Accountant and was since promoted to Senior Accountant in December of 2018.
Jacob recently traveled to China and loves to dedicate his free time to volunteering with the youth group at Faith Assembly Church- both are passions of his. He also enjoys playing and watching sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. Jacob considers his biggest professional accomplishment to date to be helping people with the life changing experience of buying a home.

Steve Footer is a long-time veteran of HealthCare Support Staffing. He has been a payroll expert since 1992, with the last 16 years spent at HSS. Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. His goal is to ensure accuracy in weekly temp payroll and to stay up to date with the most recent payroll changes.

Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College. Steve was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist as of January 2018.

Lisa joined HealthCare Support in October of 2014 as an Accounting Administrator and became our Accounts Receivable Collections Administrator in September of 2016. She was promoted to Senior AR Administrator in January of 2018. Lisa was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from UCF with a Bachelors Degree in Business. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, and loves travelling.

Kerri Williams

Kerri Williams joined HealthCare Support in September of 2016 as a Project Specialist with Shared Services. Currently, Kerri serves as our Senior Compensation Specialist in our Accounting Department. She is a graduate from IADT of Orlando and holds a degree in System Administration. Before joining HealthCare Support, she worked at HealthCare Scouts as a Corporate Resource Coordinator and held 10 years, prior to that, at Curascript SD as a Contract Administrator. Kerri was born in Concord, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in July of 2002. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and playing puzzle-like games.

Lian Perez joined HealthCare Support in August of 2015 and has held several roles within the company. She now serves as the Systems Manager, where she oversees the management and implementation of our systems and recruitment technology.

Lian is a graduate of Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia, and holds a Bachelor’s of Art. Before joining HSS, Lian worked in the Marketing and Events industry as a Marketing and Events Manager. Lian has lived in Orlando most of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Stefano Scocimara joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Candidate Engagement Specialist and has since transitioned into a Systems Analyst as of May 2020. Stefano was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has lived in the Orlando area for most of his life. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

On his off-time, Stefano enjoys expressing his creativity through playing soccer and music in addition to spending time with his friends/family and husky.

Isaac “Sean” Soto is an IT Specialist who joined HealthCare Support at the end of 2018. Born in Puerto Rico but an Orlando area native for most of his life, Sean attended Lake Brantley High School and went on to study Information Technology at UCF in 2000. Sean has been working in the IT industry for over 12 years and is always looking to share his experience and help people out as best he can. In his spare time, Sean enjoys watching and playing ice hockey, but at the end of the day music is his passion.

Cyndal Anderson joined HealthCare Support as an Administrative Assistant in July of 2020. She brings a strong passion for helping others from her background as a Personal Assistant and Child Care Provider. She strives to be the best she can be in every aspect and hopes to grow her career at HSS. As a Florida Native, Cyndal enjoys spending her days outside doing adventurous activities with her son and family. Her favorite things to do include visiting the beach and going kayaking on the many rivers here in Florida.
