Our Leaders

Clay Coleman | Chief Operating Officer

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HCS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Hope Brill | Senior Director, Managed Care Operations

Hope Brill joined Healthcare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and has held multiple roles throughout her tenure. In 2022, she was promoted to Senior Director of Managed Care Operations where she oversees business operations, ensures relationships with client partners are thriving, and provides support to the team of Recruiters, Account Executives, and Coordinators. Her knowledge within both the staffing and healthcare industry brings a thoughtful and exciting insight to the team.

As a native Floridian, Hope attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her degree in Marketing with a strong focus in sales. In her spare time, Hope enjoys adventures with her husband and two children.

Christie Byrd | Senior Director, Permanent Placement Operations

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of Perm Services. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Brandon Boles | Controller

Brandon Boles joined HealthCare Support as Controller in August of 2021. A CPA for over 10 years, Brandon is an experienced finance professional with 15+ years of experience helping both public and private companies provide accurate and reliable financial support. Brandon enjoys having a hands-on, active role where he can help guide organizational growth and team development.

Brandon grew up in Vero Beach, FL and is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys playing golf, attending UCF & Orlando City games, spending time on the water, and playing with his chocolate lab.

Brandon Boles

Tyler Adler | Recruiting Manager

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support in February of 2015 and currently serves as a Recruiting Manager. With nearly 11 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Tyler leads the recruiting teams across several key verticals, including home health, acute care, dialysis, and outpatient services. Prior to stepping into leadership, Tyler was a multi-time Recruiter of the Year, known for consistently delivering top-tier performance and exceptional talent outcomes. Today, he is recognized as a process-driven, tech-minded, and operations-focused leader who excels at building efficient systems and high-performing teams.

Originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin—affectionately known as the “Malibu of the Midwest” thanks to its winter Lake Michigan surfing community—Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his Master’s degree from Florida State University. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family, including his three children. Tyler is an avid supporter of both Minnesota and Florida State football.

Ryan Chojnacki | Recruiting Manager

Ryan Chojnacki joined HealthCare Support in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant and worked his way up to Recruiting Manager in 2023, where he oversees recruiters on the Managed Care Team. Ryan is passionate about coaching and developing others, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he has spent more than eight years coaching youth sports, including baseball and basketball.

Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health, Human Performance, Recreation and Coaching before settling in beautiful Central Florida in 2009. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, Mason and Camden, and is a die-hard Badgers and Packers fan.
