Remote Risk Adjustment Coder 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Remote Risk Adjustment Coder to join a mission-driven healthcare organization supporting the Connecticut market. This full-time, salaried role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with occasional in-market provider engagement. 
Location:

Schedule:

Compensation:

Daily Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Review and audit medical records for accurate ICD-10 and HCC risk adjustment coding across Medicare Advantage, ACO, and Commercial populations</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding coding, compliance, and risk capture</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Support audits, quality initiatives, and continuous process improvement</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) through AAPC</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">3+ years of risk adjustment coding experience</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reports) and PowerPoint</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Experience with EHR systems and healthcare coding software</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Certified Professional Biller (CPB)</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Experience with Monday.com and/or Power BI</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Prior remote work experience</li>
