Physical Therapist 
 
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in Leavenworth, IN.  This role provides the opportunity to work across two supportive, engaging environments, delivering high-quality therapy services that help residents achieve optimal independence.  This full-time position offers the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule no nights, no weekends! 
 
New Grads are welcome!  
 
Schedule:

	<li>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

		<li>There is some flexibility on the schedule 
	</ul>

 Compensation: $42.00-$48.00+/hour

 Daily Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist: 

<ul>
	<li>Provide patient care from evaluation through discharge while maintaining productivity; complete required updates; oversee PTAs; document accurately; collaborate with staff and families; support program growth; use Innova EHR; follow all compliance and safety standards; assist with student training 
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Physical Therapist: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Graduate of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Valid State Physical Therapist license.
