Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant ready to step into a leadership position to fill an opening with a 5-star rated dermatology practice with a strong reputation and growth trajectory in Altamonte Springs, FL. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for the Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant:
<ul>
	<li>Support MAs clinically — including injections, lidocaine mixing, rooming, and procedure prep
	<li>Coordinate scheduling, billing support, and patient inquiries and assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff coaching
	<li>Manage prescriptions, pathology tracking, and patient communications
</ul>
Required Qualifications for the Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant:

<ul>
	<li>Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Dermatology setting
	<li>1+ years of experience in a medical office management role
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for the Dermatology Lead Medical Assistant:

<ul>
	<li>Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and electronic health records 
	<li>MA certification preferred, but NOT required
	<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
</ul>

Pay Details:

	<li>$55,000- $70,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
