Bilingual Field Case Manager 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Field Case Manager to fill an opening in Aventura, Florida.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Field Case Manager:
<ul>
	<li>Identifies and follow through with continuous quality/ compliance opportunities
	<li>May also include identification of aberrance&apos;s and initiation of corrective action
	<li>Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives
	<li>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Field Case Manager:

<ul>
	<li>Bilingual FLUENT English and Spanish (read, write and speak).
	<li>Case management experience
	<li>Bachelor&apos;s degree in social work or related field
</ul>
