Resident Services Director / RN - Brainerd, MN – 10k Sign-on-Bonus 
 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Resident Services Director / RN to support a well-known Senior Living Facility in Brainerd, MN

Compensation:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">$85k - $90k (depending on experience) + 10k Sign-On Bonus + Annual Bonus 
</ul>
 
Shift:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">In this role, you will be responsible for resident care, establishing and maintaining relationships with families, assessment (preadmission and ongoing), planning, intervention, and evaluation of resident care. You will also develop relationships with outside partners such as social workers for prospective resident referrals. In addition, you will be responsible for supervisory and instruction of staff such as hiring, coaching, and education.

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">3+ years of clinical experience 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Previous supervising experience 
</ul>
