Certified Medical Assistant 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to fill an opening  in Lakewood, New Jersey.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Certified Medical Assistant:
<ul>
	<li>Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
	<li>Perform essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider, will be administering swabs, finger sticks, temperature checks, helping patients with urine catch, and eye exam (will receive training on eye exam)
	<li>Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
	<li>Monday to Friday 8 hour shift between 8am-7pm
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Certified Medical Assistant:

<ul>
	<li>Certified through CMA, RMA or CCMA (ok with AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, NCMA, NAHP, AMCA, ARMA, or MedCA)
	<li>1+ years of MA experience working with adult/geriatric population, preferably with some home health
	<li>Comfortable working with adult/geriatric population and will engage with them well during visits
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for Certified Medical Assistant:

<ul>
	<li>2+ years of MA experience in homecare working with adult/geriatric population with chronic and complex conditions
</ul>

Pay Details: $20 - $25/ Hour
