RN Clinical Manager (Monday - Friday, 8a-5p) 
 
Looking to step into a leadership role without bedside burnout or unpredictable hospital hours? HealthCare Support is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for a fulltime, office based position in Brooklyn Park, MN! 
*Additional role available in St Paul, MN!*  
This role offers the opportunity to guide a high performing clinical team, ensure exceptional patient care, and oversee daily home health operations — all while enjoying stable weekday hours and a supportive environment. 
 
Compensation Notes: $90,000 - $110,000 a year (based on experience) 
 
Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p 
 
Daily Responsibilities for the RN Clinical Manager:

<ul>
	<li>Oversee daily home health operations for a census of 150–175 patients, coordinating care plans, approving clinical orders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving patient or family concerns to maintain high-quality outcomes
	<li>Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of 10–20 clinicians and staff through scheduling, supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, training, and ongoing development while ensuring efficient and compliant patient care delivery
</ul>

Required Qualifications for the RN Clinical Manager:

<ul>
	<li>Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
	<li>People leadership experience within a home health/field environment
	<li>Licensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with state guidelines 
</ul>
