Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to fill an opening for a top healthcare provider located in Canton, MA! 
  
Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health Registered Nurse:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Work one-on-one with your clients to provide them customized care
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"> Develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills and techniques to provide quality care 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Assess all medicines to identify possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, and contraindicated medications
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Provide wound care, medication administration, new admissions/start of care.
</ul>
Schedule: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Friday-Sunday | Friday is an 8-hour day | Saturday and Sunday are 12 hour days 
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">1+ years of clinical experience as an RN
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Must have Home Health experience 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations
</ul>
