Clinical Account Consultant / Pharmacist – Charlotte, NC 
 
HealthCare Support is looking for a strategic, client-focused Clinical Account Consultant who is passionate about transforming the pharmacy benefits experience. In this highly collaborative role, you&apos;ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, partnering with clients to develop innovative formulary and clinical strategies that improve outcomes, manage trends, and deliver exceptional value. 
 
Daily Responsibilities:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Serve as the primary clinical consultant for clients, developing and implementing formulary, benefit, and clinical strategies that optimize outcomes, manage pharmacy trends, and support long-term client success.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Lead the clinical components of client implementations, plan changes, and formulary management, including gathering requirements, configuring clinical plans, performing quality reviews, and validating testing and claims outcomes.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Analyze pharmacy claims data and clinical trends to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations, while clearly communicating complex clinical programs, formulary decisions, and drug information to clients.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Operations, Product, and Account Management to support client presentations, RFPs/RFIs, implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.5in;">Drive operational excellence by leading clinical initiatives, improving internal processes, supporting regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Schedule:

	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">3 days in office / 2 days remote 
</ul>
 
Compensation:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Competitive base salary of $116,400 - $145,500 + up to 10% annual bonus 
</ul>

Required Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a health plan or pharmacy benefits management (PBM)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Direct account management experience supporting clients across multiple lines of business
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Experience working with large datasets and analyzing raw data in Excel
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Ability to travel and present to small and large groups
