Registered Pharmacist In Charge 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Registered Pharmacist In Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated healthcare employer dedicated to optimizing outcomes and providing a high-touch caring experience to all patients in Christiansburg, VA.  
 

Pay Details:

<ul>
	<li>$127-166K (Based on experience) 
	<li>Premium Pay Incentive
	<li>Annual Bonus $8k - $15k
</ul>
Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will need to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend

<ul>
	<li>40 hours a week,  Days & autonomy to create your own schedule!
</ul>

 
Daily Responsibilities for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics
	<li>Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
	<li>Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department
	<li>Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend 
	Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. 
	Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays
</ul>
Required qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Pharmacy
	<li>Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
	<li>Retail Pharmacy experience 
</ul>
Preferred qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
	<li>Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management
</ul>
