We’re seeking a&nbsp;Board Certified Behavioral Analyst &nbsp;to join a respected healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This&nbsp;full-time position&nbsp;offers the stability of a&nbsp;Monday–Friday schedule&nbsp;no nights, no weekends!&nbsp;Located in Clearwater, FL,&nbsp;this role includes&nbsp;competitive benefits&nbsp;and opportunities for professional growth. 
 
Schedule:&nbsp;Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
 
Compensation:
<ul>
	<li>$90,000&nbsp;- $100,000&nbsp;Annual Salary&nbsp;</li>
	<li>$5,000 Retention Bonus</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Works directly with youth ages 8-17 with autism and various behavioral health diagnoses.</li>
	<li>Responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing complex behavior intervention plans.</li>
	<li>Provides clinical support, feedback, education, and guidance to direct care staff and interdisciplinary teams.</li>
</ul>

 
Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Active BCBA certification with 1+ years of experience.</li>
	<li>Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral diagnoses.</li>
	<li>Experience with behavior plan development, data collection, charting, and graphing.</li>
