Medical Assistant / MA 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Assistant / MA to fill an opening in Clearwater, Florida.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Assistant / MA:
<ul>
	<li>Rooming patients
	<li>Taking vitals (temperature, BP, pulse oximetry, weight)
	<li>Assisting providers as needed
	<li>Monday – Friday 7:45am -5pm, lunch from 12p-1p
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Medical Assistant / MA:

<ul>
	<li>1+ years experience as a Medical Assistant in a busy medical office
	<li>Experience with taking temperature, vitals, weight, performing blood pressure checks, rooming patients, and taking patient medical history
	<li>Must have experience with Phlebotomy (can be light on this, they do about 6-8 sticks a day)
	<li>EMR Experience – They use Athena
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for Medical Assistant / MA:

<ul>
	<li>Athena EMR experience (add to resume if applicable)
	<li>Bilingual Spanish preferred
	<li>Medicare insurance experience strongly preferred (add to resume if applicable)

Pay Details: $20/ Hour
