Physical Therapist - $40K SIGN ON BONUS 
  
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with one of tthe largest healthcare providers in the state of NM in Clovis, NM. 
  
Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: black;">Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
</ul>

<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Support patients and families through the rehabilitation process
</ul>
  
Shift: Day shifts available! 
  
Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Active Physical Therapy License in New Mexico
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Bachelor&apos;s degree in Physical Therapy
</ul>
  
Preferred Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;">Doctor of Physical Therapy
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;">Experience with Epic software
</ul>
