Infusion Pharmacist  
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Infusion Pharmacist  to fill an opening in Columbia, South Carolina.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Infusion Pharmacist :
<ul>
	<li>Delivers drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers while advising the patient&apos;s medical team on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure proper and accurate drug therapy.
	<li>Forecasts critical business opportunities in order to contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
	<li>Implements processes for monitoring storage and inventory of medications and supplies to contribute to the company&apos;s overall revenue and profitability targets.
	<li>Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Infusion Pharmacist :

<ul>
	<li>Appropriate state license required (SC Pharmacist)
	<li>Bachelor&apos;s degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
	<li>Less than 5 years work experience
	<li>1 year of home infusion or hospital setting is PREFERRED
</ul>

Pay Details: $58- $61/ Hour
