Overview: 
The Health Center Manager plays a key role in creating a positive, patient-centered experience by coordinating staff, resources, and daily operations of the health centers. This role helps foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement while promoting healthy living, disease prevention, and patient engagement. The Health Center Manager serves as the on-site leader, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and partnering with the Clinical Operations Director to support both strategic and day-to-day goals.
This position is ideal for a motivated, servant leader who enjoys being visible and involved with their team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, is passionate about patient care and regulatory compliance, manages time well, consistently follows up and follows through, and takes pride in supporting and developing a high-performing, engaged team. 
 
Job Duties (in easy Layman's Terms):

	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain a consistent on-site presence to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Communicate regularly with the Clinical Operations Director, including submission of weekly and monthly updates.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Ensure the health centers are properly stocked with medications, supplies, and equipment.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Perform quarterly safety audits and other assigned audits to support a safe, compliant environment.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Uphold patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive staff information.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Team Leadership & Development
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Provide direct leadership and guidance to ancillary staff under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Develop orientation and training plans for new clinic staff and ensure completion of new hire checklists and skills competencies within established time frames.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Collaborate on staff meeting agendas and provide clear operational updates.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Promote engagement, accountability, and teamwork through coaching, mentoring, and corrective action when necessary.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Partner with the Clinical Operations Director on ongoing staff development and succession planning.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Patient Care & Service Excellence
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Help ensure patients receive exceptional customer service and high-quality care.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment that supports health promotion, disease management, and prevention initiatives.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Respond promptly and effectively to patient concerns or service issues.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Coordinate staff work schedules, review and approve time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage for clinic operations.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Assist with budget and resource management to support cost-effective operations.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Partner with the Clinical Operations Director to support organizational initiatives, wellness events, flu clinics, annual screenings, and client deliverables.

In the event there is an operational issue or scheduling issue say on a Thursday where 5pm to 7pm is not covered, the Health Center Manager would be expected to cover that timeframe.</div>

Compensation:

	<li>RN: 74 - 80K depending upon years of supervisory experience (not competitive for South Florida market per client and Heather knows this). She said she has not been looking for RNs in this search.

		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">6–10 years: ~$72K 
		<li style="margin: 0.0in;">9+ years: ~$78K

Minimum Requirements

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Current and unrestricted State of Florida LPN or RN license
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Healthcare supervisory/management experience (DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, Assistant Manager) 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Open to candidates from LTC or SNF backgrounds with staff management and scheduling experience 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers – needs to be from AHA with an in person component
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Must have phlebotomy skills to assist when needed
