Bilingual Program Coordinator (Onsite/Remote Corpus Christi) 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Program Coordinator to fill an opening for a Managed Care Company 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Program Coordinator:
<ul>
	<li>Will be contacting member telephonically – like working in a call center – making outbound calls and receiving inbound call  
	<li>Expected to contact a minimum of 30 members per day and maintain an audit score of 95% on a monthly basis.
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Program Coordinator:

<ul>
	<li>At least 1 year of recent healthcare call center experience
	<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish
	<li>Typing skills - please list WPM on resume
	<li>Knowledge of Medicaid and computer associated software
	<li>HS Diploma or GED
</ul>

	<li>Length of Assignment: 6 months, potential to extend
	<li>Pay Details: $18.50 to $18.50 an hour 
	<li>Shift: M-F 8-5
	<li>Location: Remote in Corpus Christi, training in office the first 3 days - Corpus Christi Texas 78401
</ul>
