RN Care Delivery Manager - Up to $5k Sign On Bonus!  
  
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Care Delivery Manager with a high-performing home health organization (many locations earning 4–4.5 star patient care ratings) in Culver City, CA. This healthcare provider is committed to providing exceptional care by exceptional people, working with innovative technologies and systems and offers a best-in-class training program.   
 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (No field visits!) 
 

Pay Details: 

<ul>
	<li>$110,000 – $135,000 annually (DOE) 
	<li>Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
</ul>

 

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li> Manage a team of 10+ clinicians, oversee patient care coordination, approve orders, resolve concerns, and ensure quality standards
	<li>Lead meetings and coaching, monitor KPIs, documentation, admissions, and regulatory compliance (with occasional field support as needed)
</ul>

 

Required Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of California
	<li>2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
</ul>
