Remote Account Executive - Pharmacy Benefit Administrator

Pay Details: $136,400 - $170,500 a year (based on experience)

Daily Responsibilities:

	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Serve as the primary relationship lead for an assigned book of business, building trusted stakeholder relationships and leading the account strategy, plan, and recommendations aligned to client goals, benefit philosophy, and business objectives.
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Act as the lead coordinator of the broader account team, providing leadership across internal partners and ensuring clarity on roles, priorities, deliverables, and client commitments.
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Drive a high-quality client experience through proactive account leadership, risk identification, issue resolution, and retention-focused execution.
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Lead client-facing interactions, including stewardship meetings, QBRs, renewals, and strategic issue resolution. Independence and stakeholder seniority will scale with experience.

Required Qualifications:

<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">At least 5+ years of Account Executive experience in pharmacy – working within a health plan, managed care, or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) focused on Health Plans and Payer Commercial (Insured, Self-Funded, Exchange) and Government Program (Medicare & Medicaid) business lines. 
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Market and operational knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Health Exchange pharmacy is required 
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Experience working with clients who are subject to TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) rules and regulations
