Registered Occupational Therapist - OTR 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist – OTR to fill an opening with growing Senior Living Communities in Elkhart, Indiana!  
In this role you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across three facilities in Elkhart, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced OTs and new graduates, with strong on-site support and a collaborative therapy team.

The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic interventions, supervise COTAs, and support each resident’s path to greater independence and improved quality of life
This full-time position offers the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule no nights, no weekends! 
 
New Grads are welcome!  
 
Schedule:

<ul>
	<li>Monday – Friday
	<li>Start times between 730am and  8:00 AM 
	<li>8 hour shifts
</ul>
Compensation: $42.00-$48.00+/hour

Daily Responsibilities for a Registered Occupational Therapist – OTR : 

<ul>
	<li>Provide comprehensive OT care by evaluating patient needs, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising COTAs, supporting screenings and care planning
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Registered Occupational Therapist – OTR : 

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Graduate of an American Council of Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) accredited school of Occupational therapy
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Valid State Occupational Therapist license in IN
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification for Occupational Therapy
</ul>
