Hybrid Senior Behavioral Health Clinician 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician - Hybrid to join a Psychiatric Collaborative Care company in Eugene, OR! 
 
Shift: Hybrid | Monday-Friday | Flexible 8-hr day shift 
 

Pay Details: $90K - $110K (Negotiable based on experience) 

<ul>
	<li>Up to $20K annual bonus opportunity 
</ul>

 
Daily Responsibilities for the Hybrid Senior Behavioral Health Clinician:

<ul>
	<li>Dual Clinical Role – 50% of time providing direct patient care as a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC), including behavioral health and substance use screenings, assessments, care planning, medication adherence support, and EHR documentation
	<li>Leadership and Program Oversight – 50% of time supervising and mentoring BHICs and the collaborative care team, ensuring program fidelity, staff training, clinical outcomes, compliance, and development of new clinical programs while staying clinically engaged
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for the Hybrid Senior Behavioral Health Clinician:

<ul>
	<li>Oregon independent license: LCSW or LPC 
	<li>Qualified Supervisor in the state of Oregon
</ul>
