Physical Therapist 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in Evansville, IN. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist: 
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Optimizes the physical abilities and skills of patients
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Evaluating and treating all patients who could benefit from intervention
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Documenting progress toward identified objectives in a compliant and timely manner
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Communicating patient status and needs to the patient
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">8am - 5pm; 5 days a week
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Physical Therapist: 

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Graduate of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Valid State Physical Therapist license.
</ul>
