HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to support a well-known Closed-Door Pharmacy in Farmington, MI! 
 
Step into a rewarding role where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference. You’ll serve as a trusted medication expert, collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and hospice care teams to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered recommendations. 
 
Compensation:
<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">$65- $72/hr. (depending on experience)
</ul>
 
Shift:

<ul>
	<li>Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">In this role, you will provide clinical consultative services to patients while offering therapeutic recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice team members. Responsibilities include conducting and evaluating medication profiles and histories, assessing compliance, and recommending regimen adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes using sound clinical pharmacy principles.

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Clear and Active Pharmacist license in MI
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Pharmacist experience from a busy environment
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Willingness to obtain Illinois license
