Minimum Qualifications:

	<li>MUST have experience working in a production-based environment
	<li>Will accept an office administrative role but need to see mail handling/detail oriented job duties on the resume 
</ul>

	<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35-40 lbs 
	<li>Strong tenure at previous positions  (please provide reasons for leaving positions less than a year)
</ul>

In Depth Information to Provide Candidates:  
From HM:

<ul>
	<li>Roles are opened to backfill the team who moved into claims - this is an entry level role to get their foot in the door with Centene :)
	<li>Team works based on an hourly quota but are measured by it weekly so it is not micro-managed as they know one day may be slow and the next day could make up for it 
	<li>Quotas are created based on current team and other factors
	<li>Small envelopes ("trays") have a smaller hourly quota, then big business which are the paper-sized envelopes, then boxes which might have 4000 pagers per hour quota, but each box is 500 pages itself
	<li>Communication is key in this role

Day to Day Duties: 
</div>

	<li>To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
	<li>Meet established department production and quality standards
	<li>Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs
	<li>Open, sort and prepare incoming documents
	<li>Image incoming paper documents
	<li>Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation
	<li>Assist team members in other areas to align with business needs
	<li>Mailroom process Claims mails for enterprise departments 
	<li>Production based environment 
</ul>
