Credit Resolution Specialist - Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Credit Resolution Specialist to join a well-established, nationally recognized healthcare management organization in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong medical AR or credit balance experience who enjoys investigative work and ensuring revenue accuracy.

Compensation: $20.00 an hour - $25.00/HR (based on experience)  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Credit Resolution Specialist:

<ul>
	<li>Review patient and guarantor accounts(s) to ensure that a credit cannot be applied to an alternate balance on an account
	<li>Correct data entry errors that generate false credits and communicates trends to management 
	<li>Addresses/resolves issues relating to patient accounts while noting account actions for complete audit trail of follow-up activity 
</ul>

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ET (Hybrid schedule with at least 2 days onsite per week) 
 
Required Qualifications for Credit Resolution Specialist:

<ul>
	<li>Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
	<li>Credit Resolution experience within a physician&apos;s office or medical environment
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications for Credit Resolution Specialist:

<ul>
	<li>Allscripts experience is a plus
	<li>Experience in urology physician practice environment
</ul>
