Healthcare Support is actively seeking&nbsp;a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) to join one of Florida’s top nonprofit health systems in their Pediatric Endocrinology team at Fort Myers, FL.&nbsp;This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a growing population and work in a supportive environment that values work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and professional development.

	<li>Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm</li>

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$31.00 - $43.00/hr </li>
	<li>$5K Sign on bonus!&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp; 
Daily Responsibilities for Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES):&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Provide diabetes self-management education to pediatric patients and their families.</li>
	<li>Develop personalized care plans, set health and satisfaction goals, and track patient progress.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists across the continuum of care.</li>
	<li>Deliver education one-on-one, in group settings, and via telehealth (as needed).</li>
	<li>Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for both patients and staff.</li>
	<li>Support outpatient and occasionally assist at other clinics (as needed).</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES): 
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Active RN License in the state of Florida OR Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist&nbsp; 
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of experience in Diabetes Self-Management Education 
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must have CDCES 
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must have a National Registration as an RD (if a dietician)&nbsp;
