RN Field Assessor 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an&nbsp;RN Field Assessor&nbsp;to&nbsp;fill an opening&nbsp;in&nbsp;Fort Smith, Arkansas. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for&nbsp;RN Field Assessor:
<ul>
	<li>These RN positions are travel positions to client homes/facilities. RN’s will do the assessments in client homes or facilities where clients are located. They will be traveling every day during their 8 hour work day.</li>
	<li>Monday to Friday 7/730am-4:30pm</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for RN Field Assessor:

<ul>
	<li>Licensed RN in Arkansas</li>
	<li>At least 1 year experience as an RN (Preferably needs experience in home health/ case management or working with the Medicaid population)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>High level of computer literacy and&nbsp;Competent Typing</li>
	<li>Competent Driving Skills</li>
</ul>
