HealthCare Support is seeking a Med/Surg Neuro RN to join a top-performing hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This facility is known for its Advanced Primary Stroke Center and strong neurological services. This role offers hands-on experience caring for neuro patients in a dynamic Med/Surg environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a facility that prioritizes both clinical excellence and innovation.&nbsp; 
 
Shift Options:&nbsp;

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days and Nights</li>
</ul>

Compensation Notes:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>$27.72 - $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)</li>
	<li>Up to $15,000&nbsp;Sign-On-Bonus</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg&nbsp;Neuro Registered Nurse:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning</li>
	<li>Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care</li>
</ul>
