Med Surg Registered Nurse - Up to $15K Sign on Bonus! 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Med/Surg Neuro RN to join a top-performing hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This facility is known for its Advanced Primary Stroke Center and strong neurological services. This role offers hands-on experience caring for neuro patients in a dynamic Med/Surg environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a facility that prioritizes both clinical excellence and innovation.  
 
Shift Options:

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days and Nights
</ul>
  
Compensation Notes: 

<ul>
	<li>$30 - $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
	<li>Up to $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse: 

<ul>
	<li>Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning
	<li>Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse:

	<li>Florida RN License (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
	<li>1+ year hospital experience
