Family Nurse Practitioner 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Frederick, Maryland.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:
<ul>
	<li>Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
	<li>Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
	<li>Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
	<li>2-3 weekday shifts 8:30AM-7:30PM, every other weekend 9AM-5:30PM (Sat) 9AM-4:30PM (Sun)
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:

<ul>
	<li>Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
	<li>Clear and active NP license in Maryland
	<li>1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Primary Care
</ul>

Pay Details: $76 to $78/ Hour
