Pharmacy Director  
 
HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader to join a nationally recognized pharmacy in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth, strengthen team engagement, and champion operational excellence.  Compensation Notes:

<ul dir="ltr">
	<li>$165,000 - $175,000+ annually (depending on experience)
	<li>20% annual bonus Incentive 
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Director:

<ul>
	<li>Drive operational performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process improvements, and aligning goals with leadership.
	<li>Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
	<li>Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Director:

<ul>
	<li>Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance optimization
	<li>Demonstrated ability to lead in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Active and Clear Pharmacist license in California 
</ul>
