Healthcare Support is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join an acute care hospital team in Gainesville, FL. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy, supporting functional mobility and recovery, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation Notes:

Daily Responsibilities for the Occupational Therapist:

<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-top: 0.0in;unicode-bidi: embed;">
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team. 
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing, independence, and quality of life through purposeful, compassionate care. 
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes.
