HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Med-Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse to support inpatient units at a leading acute-care hospital in Gainesville, FL. This organization is known for its strong clinical standards and collaborative environment. In this role, nurses will float across med-surg units, caring for diverse patient populations in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. 
 
Shift Options:
<ul>
	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$32- 43/hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable</li>
	<li>Up to $25,000&nbsp;Sign-On Bonus for Nights</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Surgical RN:

<ul>
	<li>Gather and analyze patient health data, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and develop individualized diagnoses and care plans.</li>
	<li>Promote patient safety and efficient care while educating and supporting patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Medical Surgical RN:
