Inpatient Surgical RN  
 
HealthCare Support is seeking an Inpatient Surgical RN to join a leading regional facility in Gainesville, FL, recognized for advanced surgical services and strong clinical teamwork. This role offers a diverse post-operative case mix where nurses see rapid patient progress and gain hands-on experience with core post-op skills. RNs on this unit strengthen their expertise in wound care, drain management, pain control, mobility, and early complication recognition while working closely with surgical teams. It’s an ideal environment for nurses who want to build a solid surgical foundation. 
 
Shifts Available:

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$30/hr–$43/hr + shift differentials if applicable
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities for Inpatient Surgical RN:

<ul>
	<li>Deliver post-op care including wound, drain, pain, and mobility management.
	<li>Perform assessments, manage frequent admissions/discharges, and collaborate with surgical teams.
</ul>

 
Qualifications for Inpatient Surgical RN:

<ul>
	<li>Active and Unencumbered license in Florida as a Registered Nurse (RN) 
	<li>1+ Year of RN experience
</ul>
