HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Greenwood, IN!  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist</h3>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Manage own caseload while demonstrating clinical competence and practices within Federal and State policies. 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Identify all physical therapy needs to retain optimal functional independence.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Monday – Friday OR Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
</ul>
  
Required Qualifications for Physical Therapist

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Graduate of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Valid State Physical Therapist License 
</ul>
