HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join a highly respected healthcare organization that has been delivering exceptional care and services to seniors for over 30 years. This opportunity is based in Helena, Montana

Pay Details:

<ul>
	<li>$77-80K</li>
	<li>Sign on Bonus: $5k</li>
</ul>
Shift:&nbsp;&nbsp;Monday- Friday 830a-5p

 
Daily&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;for the&nbsp;Registered Nurse Manager:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Assess current and prospective residents</li>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff</li>
</ul>
Required qualifications for the&nbsp;Registered Nurse Manager:

<ul>
	<li>Active RN License</li>
	<li>Previous experience supervising staff</li>
</ul>
