HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated retail employer dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and delivering compassionate, high-quality experiences to patients in Herrin, IL.

Pay Details:

<ul>
	<li>$153-161K (Based on experience) 
	<li>Premium Pay Incentive
	<li>Annual Bonus $9k - $18k
</ul>
Shift:

<ul>
	<li>40 hours a week,  Days & autonomy to create your own schedule!
</ul>

 
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Oversee pharmacy staff and operations, dispense prescriptions, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs
	<li>Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education 
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
	<li>Active/Clear State Pharmacist Licensure
	<li>2 years of experience within a retail pharmacy setting
	<li>Proficient with computers and prescription management systems
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-in-Charge:

<ul>
	<li>Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
	<li>Equivalent combination of education experience in business management
</ul>
