Pharmacy Director - Horsham, PA

Compensation: $180,000+, with flexibility based on experience and background 
Bonus: Eligible for up to 20% annual bonus 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
	<li>Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
</ul>
 
Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania 
	<li>5+ years of Pharmacy Leadership experience 
</ul>
