Pharmacist-in-Charge – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead a community-focused pharmacy in Iberia, MO. This full-time role offers an excellent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and the support of a highly skilled, tenured technician team. Shift:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">One mid-weekday off every other week!
</ul>
Pay Details:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">$130,000 – $150,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
</ul>
Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, patient care, and smooth workflow while collaborating with providers.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Provide leadership with the support of two highly skilled, tenured pharmacy technicians, making an immediate impact on team success and patient service.
</ul>
Required Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Missouri
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to patient care and community service
</ul>
