Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR) - Up to $15K Sign on Bonus! 
 
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR) to join a leading hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in complex cardiovascular procedures within a collaborative, high-acuity surgical environment focused on patient safety and clinical excellence. 
 
Shift Details:

<ul>
	<li>Days | 10-hour shifts</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation Notes:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>$33.43 – $48.00/hr + Shift Differentials if Applicable</li>
	<li>Up to $15K Sign on Bonus!</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

<ul>
	<li>Circulate or scrub in the CVOR for open-heart and vascular surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all instruments and equipment are prepared and available.</li>
	<li>Monitor patient status, collaborate with the cardiac surgical team, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

<ul>
	<li>1+ year of perioperative nursing experience</li>
	<li>1+ year of experience with open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries</li>
	<li>Active Florida RN license or compact license&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
