HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room RN to join a high-performing team at a top-rated facility in Lake City, FL. This fast-paced, full-service ER&nbsp;treats a broad range of patients, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and OB/GYN emergencies, giving you the opportunity to grow as a versatile, highly skilled ER nurse. Shift Options:&nbsp;

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Evenings &amp; Nights</li>
</ul>

 
Compensation Notes:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>$32-45.90/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)</li>
	<li>Up to $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities for Emergency RN:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Triage and assess patients, initiate life-saving interventions, manage emergencies such as strokes, cardiac events, trauma, and sepsis, and administer medications and treatments</li>
	<li>Work with physicians and the care team to stabilize patients, manage pain, document care accurately, and ensure smooth transitions or discharge while anticipating patient needs</li>
</ul>

 
Required Qualifications for Emergency Room RN:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)&nbsp;</li>
	<li>1+ year of ER experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
