We are working through MSP Ringo BUT we have direct manager contact.

Supporting a Mohs surgeon and requiring weekly travel among all three locations: Riverhead, Stony Brook, and Commack.

There is extreme sense of urgency to ensure the new Riverhead site (strategic footprint for the enterprise) is ready to launch clinical sessions on schedule.

Please note IMPORTANT details re: support for Mohs Surgeon
•   the Riverhead location in terms of travel is only 1 day/week
•   this location will likely be phased out by the new year (January ’27) as the surgeon’s Mohs practice materializes since there is no lab in Riverhead (planned for 2027/2028)
•   provider will be practicing General Dermatology initially to build caseload

It is hard to have male medical assistants due to our sensitive total body skin exams and the majority of our patient population being female. When we have had them in the past the patient often asks them to step out because of not feeling comfortable.

If you don’t feel they have a candidate that meets all of these qualities, then please do not submit them. I would rather wait for the right candidate than try to weed through those who can’t meet these expectations.

Schedule: M-F, Days – will vary. 8 hour days. As early as 7:30am, as late as 5:30pm

Pay and Bill Rates: There is no flex from this so please make sure we are adding our experience up correctly and letting the candidate know the pay rate based on accurate years of experience

Minimum Requirements

Associate’s degree in Nursing
One (1) year post licensure nursing experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Current registration to practice as a Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State

Preferred qualifications:

Derm experience
Surgical experience
Cerner powerchart experience
