DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RCP) - $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS 
 
Healthcare Support is interviewing for a DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RCP) in Richmond, VA. &nbsp;This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step outside of the hospital&nbsp;and bring life-changing respiratory support directly to patients where they live. &nbsp;Enjoy more autonomy, variety in your workday, and the chance to see the immediate impact of your care with this opportunity! 
 
Compensation:

<ul>
	<li>$35&nbsp;to $42&nbsp;/&nbsp;hour </li>
	<li>$5,000 Sign on Bonus!</li>
</ul>
 
Schedule:

<ul>
	<li>Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm</li>
	<li>On-call rotation</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:

<ul>
	<li>Provide hands-on clinical expertise while setting up, managing, and monitoring respiratory equipment to ensure safe and effective use in the home setting.</li>
	<li>Empower patients and families through ongoing education, including assessments and training for pediatric and ALS ventilator care.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for the&nbsp;Respiratory Therapist:

<ul>
	<li>Must be a&nbsp;Respiratory Therapist in the state of VA</li>
	<li>Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience is preferred</li>
</ul>
