Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC 
  
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC to fill an opening with a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare management company near Las Vegas, NV. 
  
Daily Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:
<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: black;">Lead and supervise the teams responsible for reviewing medical charts, coding, and in home or provider-based assessments to make sure patient diagnoses are documented correctly.
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: black;">Oversee all risk adjustment programs, making sure patient conditions are accurately captured, documentation is complete, and workflows run smoothly across regions
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: black;">Work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, vendors, and internal departments to improve documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance with healthcare rules
</ul>
Shift: Monday - Friday, standard business hours 
  
Required Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Certified Professional Coder (CPC) OR AHIMA certification (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CRC, CPC-H, CPC-P, RHIT, or RHIA)
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">5 years&apos; experience of risk adjustment in the healthcare industry
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0pt;margin-bottom: 8.0pt;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">5 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory capacity
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Manager - CPC / CRC:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Strong computer skills with proficiency using all Microsoft Office products, and demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new software.
	<li style="margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;vertical-align: middle;color: rgb(40,40,40);">Excellent time management, project management, organizational and communication skills. 
</ul>

Pay Details: $100K - $110K – this is dependent on experience
