Resident Services Manager - RN + $5K Bonus 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager&nbsp;/ RN to fill an opening with an&nbsp;organization redefining senior living to improve quality of life throughout every stage of the aging process in&nbsp;Mandan, ND! 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager&nbsp;/ RN:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff</li>
	<li>Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans</li>
	<li>Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations</li>
	<li>Assess current and prospective residents</li>
	<li>Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff</li>
	<li>Monday-Friday 8-5</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / RN:

<ul>
	<li>Current state Registered Nurse (RN)&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Previous experience supervising staff</li>
	<li>Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired</li>
	<li>Passion and drive for helping others</li>
	<li>A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset</li>
</ul>
